GALORE RESOURCES ANNOUNCES RECORDING OF ASSIGNMENT
AGREEMENT FOR LOS GEMELOS I AND DUENDE 7 CONCESSIONS
VANCOUVER, B.C. -- Galore Resources Inc. (TSX-V: GRI; OTCQB: GALOF) ("Galore" or
the "Company") is pleased to announce an important advancement relating to the Los Gemelos I
and Duende 7 mining concessions within the Company's Dos Santos Project in Zacatecas, Mexico.
On June 11, 2026, the Company provided an update regarding the status of certain Dos Santos
Project concessions, including Los Gemelos I and Duende 7, which at that time were registered in
the name of a third party.
Following continued review and follow-up with the Mexican Mines Bureau and the Public
Registry of Mines ("PRM"), Galore has confirmed that the Assignment Agreement dated June 7,
2011 between the Company's Mexican subsidiary, Minerales Galore, S.A. de C.V., and Mr.
Ezequiel Aguero Zamudio remains valid, binding and enforceable under Mexican law and has now
been recorded in the PRM.
The electronic status cards maintained by the PRM reflect the registration of the Assignment
Agreement in respect of both the Los Gemelos I and Duende 7 concessions.
"This is an important advancement for Galore and the Dos Santos Project," said Michael
McMillan, President and Chief Executive Officer of Galore Resources. "For a number of years,
the Company has devoted substantial time, effort and resources to protecting its interests in these
concessions. The recording of the Assignment Agreement represents an important step forward
and allows management to direct greater attention toward advancing Dos Santos."
Mr. McMillan continued: "We have remained committed to Dos Santos because we continue to
believe in the opportunity represented by the project. We appreciate the patience and support of
our shareholders during a challenging period. Our focus is now on securing the capital and strategic
relationships required to advance the next phase of work and build value for shareholders."
Galore acknowledges RB Abogados of Mexico City for its significant time, effort and continuing
assistance in connection with this matter.
Galore is currently engaged in discussions with prospective investors and mining companies
regarding potential financing and strategic participation in the Dos Santos Project. There can be
no assurance that these discussions will result in any financing, strategic transaction or other
agreement.
The Dos Santos Project comprises more than 14,400 hectares in Zacatecas, Mexico, within the
Concepcion del Oro Mining District. The project has an established exploration footprint,
extensive historical work and multiple previously identified areas of interest.
Galore believes that the work completed to date provides a foundation from which to advance Dos
Santos as capital becomes available. Management's objective is to secure the project's position,
capitalize the Company and initiate the next phase of field work.
