GROWN ROGUE TO REPORT FOURTH QUARTER AND FULL YEAR 2025 FINANCIAL RESULTS AND HOST CONFERENCE CALL ON MARCH 31, 2026

Grown Rogue International Inc. will release its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended Dec. 31, 2025, on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, after market close.

The company will also host a conference call on Tuesday, March 31, 2026, at 5 p.m. Eastern Time/2 p.m. Pacific Time to discuss the results and provide a corporate update.

Chief executive officer Obie Strickler and members of the management team will host the call, followed by a question-and-answer period.

With the company's 2025 audited financial statements, Grown Rogue is transitioning its financial reporting from IFRS (international financial reporting standards) to U.S. GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles), which will include the consolidation of its New Jersey affiliate, ABCO Garden State LLC. The company plans to provide additional details on the GAAP conversion in connection with its annual reporting.
