GATEKEEPER ANNOUNCES C$19 MILLION SEPTA TRANSIT VIDEO SERVICES CONTRACT OVER 5 YEARS

Gatekeeper Systems Inc.'s wholly owned subsidiary, Gatekeeper Systems USA Inc., has entered a new contract with Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (Septa) to provide inspection, maintenance, testing and contract support services for Septa's on-board vehicle video system project.

Septa has approximately 3,000 vehicles equipped with a vehicle video system including buses, trackless trolleys, railroad trains, high-speed trains, light-rail vehicles, customized community transit and Septa police vehicles.

The contract is for an initial three-year period commencing September, 2026, along with two consecutive one-year option terms to be exercised at Septa's sole discretion for a total amount of $13,426,933.67 (U.S.) (including both options), or approximately $19-million (Canadian) in aggregate over five years at current exchange rates.

Septa is one of the largest transit systems in the United States. Septa supports five counties in the Greater Philadelphia area and connects to transit systems in Delaware and New Jersey. Services include regional rail, buses, trolleys, subways and a high-speed line.
