G2 ENERGY CORP. ANNOUNCES PARTIAL REVOCATION OF CEASE TRADE ORDER
On Sept. 29, 2026, the B.C. Securities Commission, as principal regulator, issued a partial revocation order in respect of the failure-to-file cease trade order issued against the company on Dec. 30, 2024.
The partial revocation order permits the company to complete a non-brokered private placement of up to five million units at 10 cents per unit for gross proceeds of up to $500,000. Each unit will consist of one common share and one common share purchase warrant, with each warrant exercisable to acquire one additional common share at 15 cents for 24 months from the date of issuance.
The partial revocation order also permits the issuance of up to 10,147,572 common shares at a deemed price of 10 cents per share in settlement of bona fide indebtedness totalling $1,014,757.82.
The company intends to proceed with these transactions in accordance with the terms of the partial revocation order and applicable securities laws.
The FFCTO remains in effect in all other respects. All securities of the company will remain subject to the FFCTO until a full revocation order is granted. The partial revocation order does not guarantee that a full revocation will be granted.
The company will provide further updates as the transactions are completed and as other material developments occur.
