ANDREW JOHN THOMSON ACQUIRES SECURITIES OF GALAXY VENTURES INC.

Vancouver, British Columbia, July 13, 2026 Andrew John Thomson (the "Acquiror") announces that he has directly acquired ownership and control of 200,000 common shares (the "Subject Shares") of Galaxy Ventures Inc. (the "Company" or "Galaxy"), effective July 9, 2026 (the "Acquisition").

The Subject Shares were acquired pursuant to a private share purchase transaction and represent 2.40% of all issued and outstanding common shares of the Company ("Shares") as of July 9, 2026, resulting in a corresponding change to the aggregate percentage ownership of the Company by the Acquiror.

Immediately prior to the Acquisition, the Acquiror beneficially owned, or exercised control or direction over, an aggregate of 1,158,200 Shares, including Shares beneficially owned by the Acquiror's joint actor over which the Acquiror exercised control or direction, representing approximately 13.90% of the issued and outstanding Shares of the Company.

Immediately following the Acquisition, the Acquiror beneficially owns, or exercises control or direction over, an aggregate of 1,358,200 Shares, including Shares beneficially owned by the Acquiror's joint actor over which the Acquiror exercises control or direction, representing approximately 16.31% of the issued and outstanding Shares of the Company.

The Subject Shares were acquired for an aggregate purchase price of $10,000.

The Subject Shares were acquired for investment purposes. The Acquiror and his joint actor may, from time to time, acquire additional securities of the Company or dispose of securities of the Company depending on market conditions, investment considerations and other relevant factors. The Acquiror's intentions with respect to the Company are consistent with the Company's publicly disclosed business objectives and corporate plans.
