Name change and consolidation

Following a resolution of directors passed on Oct. 14, 2026, the company has consolidated its capital on the basis of one-new-for-2.5-old basis and changed its name from Galaxy Ventures Inc. to Trusilver Metals Corp.

Effective at the opening on Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2026, the common shares of Trusilver Metals will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on a consolidated basis and the common shares of Galaxy Ventures will be delisted.

Resume trading

Further to the bulletin dated April 28, 2026, effective at the opening on Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2026, the common shares of Trusilver Metals will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange (on a consolidated basis) under the symbol TAG and the common shares of Galaxy Ventures (symbol GXY.P) will be delisted.

Postconsolidation and posttransactional capitalization:  unlimited number of common shares with no par value, of which 42,544,678 common shares are issued and outstanding

Escrow:  19,731,327 common shares (including 1,408,000 CPC escrowed shares), of which 2,184,332 common shares are released as at the date of this bulletin

Transfer agent:  Endeavor Trust Corp.

Trading symbol:  TAG (new)

Cusip No.:  89825B 10 1 (new)

The resulting issuer is classified as a gold and silver ore mining company (NAICS No. 212220).
