HAMMOND MANUFACTURING COMPANY LIMITED ANNOUNCES VOTING RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Hammond Manufacturing Company Ltd., has released, in accordance with Toronto Stock Exchange requirements, the voting results from its annual general meeting held April 30, 2024, in Guelph, Ont.

Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business put forth at the meeting, including the appointment of KPMG LLP as the company's outside auditor and the election of all director nominees as set out in the attached table.

Election of directors

The seven nominees were elected to serve as directors of the corporation until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until their successors are elected or appointed.

Appointment of auditor

KPMG LLP, Chartered Accountants, was appointed as auditor of the corporation for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2024, and the directors are authorized to fix its remuneration.

Hammond Manufacturing Company manufactures a broad range of products for the electronic and electrical products industry, including metallic and non-metallic enclosures, racks, small cases, outlet strips, surge suppressors and electronic transformers.
