HAMMOND MANUFACTURING COMPANY LIMITED ANNOUNCES VOTING RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Hammond Manufacturing Company Ltd., in accordance with Toronto Exchange requirements, has released the voting results from its annual general meeting held April 29, 2025, in Guelph, Ont.

Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business put forth at the meeting, including the appointment of KPMG LLP as its outside auditor and the election of all director nominees as set out below.

Election of directors

The following seven nominees were elected to serve as directors of the corporation until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until their successors are elected or appointed.

Appointment of auditor

KPMG LLP, chartered accountants, was appointed as auditor of the corporation for the fiscal year ending Dec. 31, 2025, and the directors are authorized to fix its remuneration.

Hammond Manufacturing manufactures a broad range of products for the electronic and electrical product industry, including metallic and non-metallic enclosures, racks, small cases, outlet strips, surge suppressors, and electronic transformers.
