HOMERUN RESOURCES INC. ANNOUNCES SETTLEMENT FROM SORBIE SHARING AGREEMENT

Homerun Resources Inc. has provided details of the monthly settlements received from the previously announced $6-million financing with Sorbie Bornholm LP on Dec. 8, 2025.

The seventh settlement was dated June 10, 2026, for total gross proceeds of $180,449.56, representing an 83.8-cent sharing agreement transaction final price, making the Sorbie effective price 67.04 cents per share. A total of 269,167 shares were released from the escrow agent and 186,667 warrants were issued from the company's treasury at an exercise price of $1.01, with expiry on June 10, 2029.
