The TSX Venture Exchange has consented to an extension in the expiry date of the following warrants.

Original expiry date of warrants:  Oct. 28, 2026

New exercise date of warrants:  Oct. 28, 2027

Original exercise price of warrants:  $2

These warrants were issued pursuant to a private placement of 1,675,054 units with 1,675,054 share purchase warrants attached, which was accepted for filing by the exchange bulletin dated Oct. 30, 2024.
