Bank of Montreal will complete a special cash distribution to Holcim CDR (CAD Hedged) holders of record as of June 23, 2025, in connection with a previously announced spinoff transaction by Holcim AG of 100 per cent of its North American business, Amrize. The transaction is expected to close on or about June 23, 2025, resulting in a 1:1 distribution of Amrize shares to Holcim AG shareholders.

Holders of Holcim CDR will receive a special cash distribution representing the pro rata value of Amrize shares. Additional information regarding the distribution to be paid to the holders of the Holcim CDR, including the cash amount per CDR will follow, once the transaction has closed.
