Further to the Cboe Canada bulletin dated June 18, 2025, Bank of Montreal will complete a special cash distribution to Holcim CDR (CAD Hedged) holders of record as of June 23, 2025, in connection with a previously announced spinoff transaction by Holcim AG of 100 per cent of its North American business, Amrize. The transaction has closed.

Holders of Holcim CDR will receive a special cash distribution of $4.6262187577126 per CDR unit held.
