HYBRID POWER SOLUTIONS RECEIVES FIRST PURCHASE ORDER FROM MTA NEW YORK CITY TRANSIT

Hybrid Power Solutions Inc. has received a purchase order from Metropolitan Transportation Authority New York City Transit for one Batt Pack Spark (30 kilowatt-hours) portable power system together with four folding solar panels (500 watts). The total value of the contract is expected to be approximately $80,000, with delivery scheduled for the company's first quarter 2027 (fiscal quarter ending August, 2026, due to the company's May fiscal year-end).

Combined with the recent follow-on from Canada's largest transit commission, this vertical is witnessing increasing demand as its $3.0-million in quoted opportunities convert into orders. Recall management currently monitors $12.5-million in high-potential, quoted opportunities across four primary industrial verticals. Based on current sales velocity and lead engagement, over 70 per cent of this pipeline is projected to materialize into firm contracts within the next 12 months.

This order reflects MTA's commitment to adopting cleaner, more efficient technologies that reduce emissions, lower operating costs, and improve reliability across its extensive and complex network.
