HERO INNOVATION GROUP INC. ANNOUNCES PARTIAL REVOCATION OF CEASE TRADE ORDER

The British Columbia Securities Commission (BCSC) has issued an order dated June 19, 2026, partially revoking the failure-to-file cease trade order (FFCTO) issued against the company on Feb. 3, 2025.

The partial revocation order permits the company to complete a private placement financing. Other restrictions under the cease trade order remain in effect until further notice.

Under the terms of the partial revocation order, the proceeds of the proposed financing may be used for specified purposes of bringing the company into compliance with its continuous disclosure obligations and obtaining a full revocation of the FFCTO.

The company continues to work toward a full revocation of the cease trade order and will provide further updates as they become available.
