IA FINANCIAL GROUP REDEEMS 3.072% SUBORDINATED DEBENTURES DUE SEPTEMBER 24, 2031

iA Financial Corp. Inc. has completed the redemption of all of its 3.072 per cent subordinated debentures due Sept. 24, 2031, by payment of a redemption amount of $1,015.36 for each $1,000 principal amount of debentures, being equal to par, together with accrued and unpaid interest thereon to, but excluding, the date set for redemption in the amount of $15.36.
