IC GROUP HOLDINGS GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS TO EXECUTIVES AS PART OF 2025 PERFORMANCE BONUS PROGRAM

IC Group Holdings Inc. has granted stock options to nine executives as part of their 2025 performance bonus program.

The company is issuing an aggregate of 530,433 stock options at an exercise price of 45 cents per share, equal to the company's most recent closing share price. The options will vest 50 per cent on each of the first and second anniversaries of the grant date and will have a term of 10 years from the date of issuance.
