INTERNATIONAL FRONTIER RESOURCES CORPORATION ANNOUNCES ANNUAL GENERAL AND SPECIAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS ON JULY 30, 2026

International Frontier Resources Corp.'s annual general and special shareholder meeting will be held on July 30, 2026. The AGM will be conducted, among other matters, to approve the proposed reverse takeover transaction with Kinjal Corp. as previously announced in its comprehensive news release dated May 4, 2026, and subsequent news releases dated May 25, 2026, and June 9, 2026.

For clarification, the reference to Aug. 31, 2026, in the company's news release dated June 10, 2026, represents the outside date by which the AGM must be held. The scheduled AGM date of July 30, 2026, is within this time frame. The company will provide further details regarding other matters to be considered by shareholders once available.
