INTERNATIONAL METALS MINING ANNOUNCES NEW DIRECTOR

International Metals Mining Corp. has appointed Gordon Horsman of Vancouver, B.C., as an independent director of the company.

Mr. Horsman co-founded Qtrade Investor, a leading on-line securities trading platform that partnered with Desjardins Group in 2013. Qtrade has grown to become one of Canada's premier digital investment platforms, now managing over $11-billion in assets under management and serving hundreds of financial institutions across the country.

Mr. Horsman is also the founder of Westone Capital Corp., a Vancouver-based real estate investment and development firm that has initiated more than $1.2-billion in real estate acquisitions and development projects over the past four decades. Mr. Horsman holds a bachelor of applied science in civil engineering and a master of business administration in urban land economics, both from the University of British Columbia.

Mr. Horsman replaces William D. Thomas as director. The company wishes to thank Mr. Thomas for his contribution.

Stock option grant

The company also announces the grant of two million stock options to certain directors, officers and consultants of the company at an exercise price of 15 cents per share. The options are subject to the statutory hold period of four months.
