INTERNATIONAL PETROLEUM CORPORATION UPDATED SHARE CAPITAL

International Petroleum Corp. has released the following, in accordance with the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act:

Following the cancellation of 431,638 common shares repurchased by IPC under the normal course issuer bid/share repurchase program, the total number of issued and outstanding common shares of the corporation is 111,727,666 common shares with voting rights as at Sept. 30, 2026, and IPC holds no common shares in treasury.
