The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Information Services Corp. will be delisted at the close on July 7, 2026. According to the TSX, 102236027 Saskatchewan Ltd., a subsidiary of Plenary Americas Holdings Ltd., has acquired all of the company's issued and outstanding shares pursuant to a plan of arrangement that was approved by shareholders at a special meeting held on June 26, 2026.

The TSX reports that Information Services shareholders, other than rollover shareholders in respect of the rollover shares, will receive $51 in cash per share held. To receive the consideration, shareholders must return the letter of transmittal together with share certificates and/or DRS advices representing the shares to TSX Trust Company at its principal office in Toronto.
