Number of shares:  3.68 million flow-through shares

Purchase price:  $6.25 per share

Number of placees:  85 placees

Total pro group involvement:  556,000 (15 pro groups)

Agents' fees:  Eight Capital received $483,000 cash, Haywood Securities Inc. received $483,000 cash, Canaccord Genuity Corp. received $207,000 cash, TD Securities Inc. received $69,000 cash, PI Financial Corp. received $69,000 cash and Red Cloud Securities Inc. received $69,000 cash.

The company issued a news release on Feb. 9, 2024, confirming the closing of the private placement.
