INSPIRATION MINING ANNOUNCES CHANGES TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Inspiration Mining Corp. director Lorne McCarthy has resigned, effective immediately. Management would like to thank Mr. McCarthy for his services and wishes him well in the future.

Terrance Bramhall will be appointed to the company's board of directors. Mr. Bramhall brings with him five decades of experience in the publicly traded markets. Positions held include investor relations and corporate development, primarily with junior Canadian exploration companies.
