Natalie Jackson has been appointed to Intact Gold Corp.'s board of directors, replacing Quinn Field-Dyte following his resignation from the board.

Ms. Jackson is a communications professional with deep roots in both academic achievement and hands-on industry experience. Ms. Jackson has developed a career in the retail industry, where she has gained extensive experience across various roles. During this time, she has worked on a broad range of private companies across a variety of sectors. Ms. Jackson holds a bachelor of arts in communication from the Ivy league University of Pennsylvania.
