The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Invesque Inc.'s 9.75 per cent unsecured subordinated debentures due Dec. 30, 2027 (symbol IVQ.NT.U), will be halted at the open and delisted at the close on Jan. 23, 2026. According to the TSX, the company will redeem the debentures on Jan. 23, 2026, for $1,005.95833333 (U.S.) per $1,000 (U.S.) principal amount, representing $1,000 (U.S.) principal amount and $5.95833333 (U.S.) for accrued and unpaid interest thereon to, but excluding, the redemption date.

The TSX notes that the debentures trade in the book-entry-only system of CDS and holders need not take any action to receive their payment. The debentures are not convertible into common shares of the company at the option of the holders at any time. Trades on Jan. 22, 2026, will settle on the same day.
