JAEGER RESOURCES CORP. ANNOUNCES APPOINTMENT OF LIN YE TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Jaeger Resources Corp. has appointed Lin Ye to the board of the company, effective immediately. Mr. Ye has also been appointed to the company's audit committee and the company's disclosure committee. Mr. Ye will be replacing Don Bossart as a director and Chris Thomas will be replacing Mr. Bossart as chief financial officer following Mr. Bossart's resignation.

The company would like to thank Mr. Bossart for his time with the company and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
