JPMORGAN ANNOUNCES CASH DISTRIBUTIONS FOR THE JPMORGAN ETFS

J.P. Morgan Asset Management (JPMAM)* today declared the final September, 2026, cash distributions for the JPMorgan ETFs (exchange-traded funds) listed in the attached table. The JPMorgan ETFs trade on the Toronto Stock Exchange. Unitholders of record on Oct. 19, 2026, will receive cash distributions payable on Oct. 23, 2026. Details of the per-unit distributions are provided in the attached table.
