37 Capital Inc., further to its news releases dated Oct. 1, 2024, and Nov. 4, 2024, regarding the proposed non-brokered private placement of up to $200,000, has extended the proposed financing by an additional 45 days from the date of this news release.

There may be finders' fees payable and certain insiders may participate in this proposed financing. All securities that will be issued in connection with this proposed financing will include a hold period in accordance with applicable securities laws. The proceeds of this proposed financing shall be utilized for general working capital purposes.
