JO-JO ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF DIRECTOR

John Timmons has tendered his resignation as a director of Jo-Jo Capital Canada Ltd., effective Sept. 23, 2026. Mr. Timmons has served as a director of the company since November, 2023, and has resigned in connection with a relocation.

The board and management team of Jo-Jo would like to sincerely thank Mr. Timmons for his contributions to the company and wish him continued success.
