JOLT HEALTH INC. ANNOUNCES CHANGE OF AUDITORS

Jolt Health Inc. has appointed Can Partners LLP, chartered professional accountants, as the company's new auditor to hold office until Jolt's next annual meeting of shareholders.

The appointment of the successor auditor has been approved by the board of directors and the company's audit committee, and Jolt will seek shareholders ratification of the successor auditor's appointment at the next annual meeting of shareholders.

The company's former auditor, Baker Tilly WM LLP, resigned effective Feb. 17, 2026. The predecessor auditor's reports with respect to Jolt's financial statements for the fiscal years ended Dec. 31, 2025, and Dec. 31, 2024, did not contain a modified opinion.

The company's reporting package, including the notice of change of auditor, together with the required letters from the predecessor auditor and successor auditor, each prepared in accordance with Section 4.11 of NI 51-102, is available on Jolt's SEDAR+ profile.
