JONES SODA ANNOUNCES PRELIMINARY FOURTH QUARTER AND FULL YEAR 2025 RESULTS

Jones Soda Co. has released its preliminary sales and gross margin results for the fourth quarter and full year 2025 sales ended Dec. 31, 2025.

Preliminary fourth quarter 2025 results

• Net sales are expected to increase approximately 329 per cent to $11.0-million to $11.3-million, compared with $2.6-million in the fourth quarter of 2024;
• Gross profit margin is expected to be between 32 to 34 per cent, compared with negative 36 per cent in the fourth quarter of 2024.

Preliminary full year 2025 results

• Net sales from continuing operations are expected to increase approximately 37 per cent to $24.0-million to $24.9-million, compared with $17.9-million in 2024;
• Gross profit margin is expected to be between 30 to 32 per cent, compared with 21.3 per cent in 2024.

These figures are subject to audit and finalization. Full year-end results are expected to be available on March 31, 2026.

Preliminary results indicate fourth quarter gross sales of approximately $12-million which is the highest gross sales Jones has ever delivered in its history.
