DYNAMITE BLOCKCHAIN ANNOUNCES REFILING OF LIFE OFFERING DOCUMENT

Further to Dynamite Blockchain Corp.'s news release of earlier today, the company has refiled an amended and restated offering document relating to its non-brokered private placement of a minimum of 50 million units of the company at a price of five cents per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of $2.5-million.

The amended and restated offering document was refiled on the company's profile on SEDAR+ and the company's website at 4:24 p.m. Eastern Time. It was refiled on SEDAR+ because the previous version filed this morning at 11:44 a.m. Eastern Time was filed under the incorrect filing category. The amended and restated offering document replaces and supersedes the company's offering document that was filed on SEDAR+ on July 17, 2025.
