Dynamite Blockchain Announces Refiling of LIFE Offering Document

Vancouver, B.C., September 17, 2025 - Dynamite Blockchain Corp. (the "Company" or "Dynamite") (CSE: KAS) announces, further to its news release of earlier today, that it has refiled and amended and restated offering document (the "A&R Offering Document") relating to its non-brokered private placement (the "Offering") of a minimum of 50,000,000 units of the Company (each, a "Unit") at a price of $0.05 per Unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of $2,500,000.

The A&R Offering Document was refiled on the Company's profile at www.sedarplus.ca and www.dynamiteblock.com at 4:24 pm Eastern Time. It was refiled on SEDAR+ because the previous version filed this morning at 11:44 am Eastern Time was filed under the incorrect filing category. The A&R Offering Document replaces and supersedes the Company's offering document that was filed on SEDAR+ on July 17, 2025.
