Effective June 27, 2025, the company's offering (as defined below) filed pursuant to the prospectus supplement dated June 19, 2025, to the short form base shelf prospectus dated March 27, 2024, was filed with and accepted by the TSX Venture Exchange. The short form base shelf prospectus was filed with the British Columbia Securities Commission and the authorities of all provinces of Canada.

The TSX Venture Exchange has been advised that closing occurred on June 27, 2025, for gross proceeds of $20,010,690.
