LITHIUM AMERICAS REPORTS 2026 ANNUAL MEETING RESULTS

Lithium Americas Corp. has released the results from its annual meeting of shareholders held on June 22, 2026.

Each of the seven nominees shown in the attached table was elected as a director of the company.

Final voting results on all matters voted on at the meeting will be filed on SEDAR+ and EDGAR, and posted to the investors section of the company's website.

Lithium Americas is building Thacker Pass located in Humboldt county in northern Nevada.
