LASSONDE INDUSTRIES INC. ANNOUNCES ELECTION OF DIRECTORS

The nominees listed in Lassonde Industries Inc.'s management proxy circular dated March 26, 2026, were elected as directors of Lassonde. The detailed results of the vote for the election of directors held today at its annual general meeting are set out in the attached table.
