LIBERTYSTREAM UPDATES SHAREHOLDER MEETING TIMING

Libertystream Infrastructure Partners Inc. has postponed its annual and special meeting of shareholders, originally scheduled for Oct. 15, 2026, to a date to be determined, which is expected to be in the second half of November, 2026.

The revised timing is intended to accommodate business updates of the company and provide shareholders with an opportunity to consider those updates ahead of the meeting.

The company will announce the confirmed meeting date, set a new record date and distribute revised meeting materials to shareholders in accordance with applicable securities laws.
