Effective at the opening, Aug. 17, 2026, the share purchase warrants of the company will remain suspended. The warrants will expire on Aug. 17, 2026, and will be delisted at the close of business on Aug. 17, 2026.

Trading in the company's common shares remains suspended.

Members are prohibited from trading in the securities of the company during the period of the suspension or until further notice.
