LIGHTSPEED DISCOVERIES CLOSED PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Further to the news release dated March 10, 2026, and April 23, 2026, Lightspeed Discoveries Inc. has closed its non-brokered private placement of 20 million common shares at the price of 1.5 cents per share for gross proceeds of $300,000.

All securities issued in connection with the offering will be subject to a statutory hold period expiring Sept. 2, 2026.

The proceeds from the offering will be used for general working capital, with no specific use of proceeds, representing 10 per cent or more of the gross proceeds, nor will proceeds be used for investor relations activities or payments to non-arm's-length parties of the company.
