Maritime Launch receives final OK for TSX listing

2026-11-02 13:10 ET - News Release

Mr. Stephen Matier reports

MARITIME LAUNCH SERVICES RECEIVES FINAL APPROVAL TO LIST ON THE TORONTO STOCK EXCHANGE

Further to its press release dated Oct. 14, 2026, Maritime Launch Services Inc. has received final approval from the Toronto Stock Exchange to list the company's common shares.

The common shares will commence trading on the TSX at market open on Nov. 3, 2026, under the symbol MAXQ. In connection with the TSX listing, the common shares will cease trading on Cboe Canada at the close of trading on Nov. 2, 2026.

The company's Cusip number and ISIN (international securities identification number) remain unchanged, and shareholders are not required to exchange their share certificates or direct registration system advices or take any other action in connection with the TSX listing.

"As Maritime Launch develops Spaceport Nova Scotia, Canada's gateway to space, listing on the Toronto Stock Exchange will provide an important platform to broaden our visibility and engagement with the investment community. We are building strategic national infrastructure that can connect Canada to the global space economy and provide sovereign access to space from Canadian soil. The TSX listing is another key milestone as we execute on that vision," said Stephen Matier, president and chief executive officer of Maritime Launch.
