The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing the company's proposal to issue 31,345 common shares to settle interest payments to certain debentureholders for $52,660 (Canadian), with respect to the $5,172,500 (U.S.) of 10 per cent unsecured convertible debentures due Dec. 31, 2025, issued on May 3, 2024.

The company shall issue a news release when the shares are issued and the debt extinguished.
