METAGUEST COMPLETES CORPORATE CONTINUANCE TO ONTARIO

Metaguest.AI Inc. has completed its move from Alberta to Ontario as its corporate jurisdiction.

The continuance better aligns the company's corporate jurisdiction with its Ontario-based operations and supports its strategy of pursuing government funding and support programs available in the province. The company has been working with Arctech Accelerate to assess funding opportunities that may support the continued development and commercialization of Metaguest's technology platform and intends to continue pursuing applicable federal and Ontario programs.

The continuance was approved by shareholders at the company's annual and special meeting of shareholders held on Oct. 1, 2025. As a result, the company is now governed by the Business Corporations Act (Ontario). The continuance does not change the company's business, management, share capital or listing on the Canadian Securities Exchange, and no action is required by shareholders.
