MAPLE LEAF ANNOUNCES FILING OF AUDITED ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS FOR YEAR ENDED DEC. 31, 2023

Maple Leaf Green World Inc. has completed the filing of its audited annual financial statements, management's discussion and analysis, and related certifications for the year ended Dec. 31, 2023. The company's independent auditor has completed its audit procedures and has issued an unqualified (clean) opinion report for the company's annual financial statements as well.

The company is working to complete its unaudited interim financial statements for the quarter ended March 31, 2024, and anticipates the filing of the first quarter financials in the next few days.

The company remains subject to a cease trade order issued by the Alberta Securities Commission on July 15, 2024, and will apply for revocation of the CTO with the ASC upon filing of the first quarter financials.
