Maple Leaf Has Filed Un-Audited Interim Financial Statements

for the Period Ended March 31, 2024

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE August 14, 2024

CALGARY, ALBERTA - Maple Leaf Green World Inc. ("Maple Leaf" or the "Company"), (CSE: MGW), (OTCIQ: MGWFF), today announces the completion of the filing of its unaudited interim financial statements, management discussion and analysis and related certifications for the period ended March 31, 2024 (collectively, the "Quarterly Filings") and copies of Quarterly Filings available under the Corporation's profile on SEDAR+ at www.sedarplus.ca.

The Company has now remedied its compliance under National Policy 11-207, regarding continuous disclosure obligations by filing its outstanding financial statements within 90 days of the cease trade order ("CTO") issued by the Alberta Securities Commission ("ASC") on July 15, 2024. ASC is now reviewing the submission in order to revoke the CTO on the Company's common shares trading.

The Company expects to submit an application to the Canadian Securities Exchange ("CSE") to resume trading upon the CTO being lifted by the ASC. Once the application has been processed and approved, trading is expected to resume within 2 business days.

The Company is finalizing the interim financial statements and management discussion and analysis for the period ended June 30, 2024 and shall file the same before August 29, 2024.
