MAPLE LEAF GREEN WORLD INC. APPOINTS HERMAN XIWEN LUO AS DIRECTOR AND VICE PRESIDENT OF FINANCING

Maple Leaf Green World Inc. has appointed Herman Xiwen Luo to Maple Leaf's board of directors and as vice-president of finance.

Mr. Luo joins Maple Leaf with over 10 years experience of providing consulting service to foreign investors and personnel interested in investing and immigrating to Canada. In 2016, he led an Alberta economic and trade delegation to Beijing to promote economic and trading activities between both countries. Since then, he has successfully helped several Chinese elites immigrate to Canada and many Chinese entrepreneurs start up businesses in Canada. Mr. Luo has experience in real estate, investment strategy, contract negotiations and public relations. He graduated from Sun Wen College of Zhongshan University, Guangdong, China, with a bachelor's degree in economics management. Mr. Luo is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English, and is well known in the Chinese community in Calgary.

"I am excited for this opportunity to join the Maple Leaf team. The company has quite a few interesting projects in the pipeline that I'm very interested being involved with," said Mr. Luo.

The company is currently negotiating several promising projects, including renewable energy and green housing in Alberta. With the addition of Mr. Luo to the company's management team, he will assist the company to develop an action plan to finance and develop those projects more promptly.

Andrew Wang has resigned as a member of the board of directors. Maple Leaf wishes to thank Mr. Wang for his past services, commitment and dedication to the company and wishes him well in all of his future endeavours.
