TWENTY MILE METALS INC. ANNOUNCES PRIVATE PLACEMENT

Twenty Mile Metals Inc. intends to complete a non-brokered private placement of up to 25 million common shares at a price of eight cents per common share for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $2-million.

The common shares issued under the offering will bear a hold period of four months and a day from the closing of the offering in accordance with applicable securities laws and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange.

The company may pay finders' fees in connection with the offering. Completion of the offering is subject to certain conditions, including, but not limited to, the receipt of all necessary regulatory approvals, including acceptance of the TSX-V. The company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering for general exploration activities and general corporate purposes.
