Mr. John Gomez reports
INOMIN EXTENDS BEAVER-LYNX DISCOVERY FOOTPRINT WITH FURTHER LONG MINERALIZED INTERVALS
Inomin Mines Inc. has released strong new assay results from maiden drilling at the Lynx block of the 28,000-hectare Beaver-Lynx polymetallic project in south-central British Columbia. Results from holes L26-05 and L26-06 at the Onuki zone returned long, near-surface intervals of nickel-magnesium mineralization, including 402 metres grading 0.20 per cent nickel and 21 per cent magnesium starting at six metres depth.
These results extend the Onuki discovery footprint to approximately 900 metres (m) from the area reported in the company's Oct. 6, 2026, announcement, confirming continuity of mineralization. The latest intersections further demonstrate a large-scale, nickel-magnesium system with accessory cobalt, chromium, gold and PGMs (platinum and palladium) at Beaver-Lynx -- consistent with the extensive mineralization delineated at the Beaver block 10 kilometres to the north.
Highlights
- 402 metres grading 0.20 per cent nickel and 21 per cent magnesium from six metres depth at the Onuki zone, confirming long, near-surface mineralization;
- Onuki discovery footprint expanded approximately 900 metres, demonstrating strong continuity across the target area;
- Maiden drilling at Lynx continues to outline a large-scale mineral system, comparable with mineralization established at Beaver;
- Additional assay results are pending and will be released once received and validated;
- Sumitomo Metal Mining Canada Ltd. financed exploration: The approximately $2.3-million exploration program represents the largest single exploration investment at Beaver-Lynx to date.
Notes on assay results
Samples were analyzed by Activation Laboratories Ltd. (Actlabs) for a 22-element suite utilizing their 8-peroxide (total) fusion, ICP-OES (FUS-Na202). The resulting grade for nickel includes both silicate and sulphide components of nickel.
Actlabs is located in Kamloops, B.C., and is ISO 17025-certified. The relationship between Inomin and Actlabs is arm's length, limited to the laboratory's commercial supply of analytical services.
The drilling program was reconnaissance in nature, holes situated no less than 200 metres apart. The reported intervals are based on core length, and true thicknesses will be calculated once drilling density is increased to the point that a clear understanding of the mineralized body is made. Industry standard QA/QC (quality assurance/quality control) protocols were followed, including custody of the core, the insertion of blanks and standards into the sample stream, and normal QA/QC laboratory protocols. Drill core was split using a power saw with a representative fraction sent to the laboratory and the remainder stored on site.
John Gomez, president and chief executive officer of Inomin, comments: "These long, near-surface intersections significantly strengthen Lynx as a major new discovery area within the Beaver-Lynx project. The scale and consistency of mineralization at Onuki mirror what we've established at the Beaver block and together they point to a large, district scale polymetallic system. As Onuki's discovery is just emerging, and with the existence of multiple sizeable targets still to be tested at Lynx, we see strong potential to delineate mineralization across most of the Lynx block."
2026 drilling program -- Onuki zone, Lynx block
Drilling at Lynx consisted of nine holes totalling 3,452.8 metres at the Onuki zone (area), a six square km target characterized by strong magnetic responses and surface sampling anomalies. The company also completed a 158.4-line-kilometre ground magnetic survey at Onuki to refine drill targeting and improve structural interpretation.
The approximately $2.3-million exploration program, financed by Sumitomo, represents the largest single exploration investment at Beaver-Lynx to date. Assay results on the remaining three drill holes are pending.
Onuki is one of several three to six square km magnetic targets defined by airborne geophysics and surface rock sampling at Lynx. These targets exhibit geological characteristics similar to the Beaver block to the north, where Inomin has outlined multiple zones of near-surface, nickel-magnesium mineralization with accessory cobalt, chromium, platinum and palladium.
About Beaver-Lynx
The 28,000-hectare Beaver-Lynx project is located approximately 50 kilometres north of Williams Lake and adjacent to Trekor Metals Ltd.'s (Toronto Stock Exchange: TKO) (NYSE American: TGB) (London Stock Exchange: TKO) Gibraltar mine, Canada's second-largest open-pit copper operation. The project benefits from excellent infrastructure, including all-season road access, nearby hydroelectric power and proximity to an active rail haulage line. Local resource communities provide comprehensive services and a skilled work force.
Until 2026, exploration focused exclusively on the Beaver block, where drilling has outlined extensive nickel and magnesium mineralization, along with cobalt, chromium, platinum and palladium. Drilling has also intersected copper, silver, and gold highlighting the polymetallic nature and scale potential of the system.
The Lynx block, located 10 kilometres south of Beaver, hosts multiple high-priority magnetic and geochemical targets comparable in size -- and in some cases larger -- than those at Beaver. Together, Beaver and Lynx outline a significant district-scale critical minerals opportunity.
The 2026 Beaver-Lynx exploration program is being undertaken in collaboration with Sumitomo; Inomin is the project operator.
