MAJESTIC GOLD ANNOUNCES WITHDRAWAL OF DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

Fan Zhong Kong has withdrawn his advance notice of director nominations dated June 25, 2026, in connection with the coming annual general meeting of shareholders of Majestic Gold Corp., scheduled to be held on Sept. 22, 2026. The withdrawal follows the company's announcement on Aug. 11, 2026, regarding the discontinuance of court proceedings between the company and Mr. Kong, and the parties' intention to move forward constructively and continue working together in connection with Yantai Zhongjia Mining Co. Ltd.
