More Life signs LOI with U.S. compounding pharmacy

2026-10-06 18:19 ET - News Release

Mr. Dennis Hancock reports

THE MORE LIFE COMPANY ADVANCING U.S. COMPOUNDED PHARMACEUTICAL COMMERCIALIZATION PATHWAY FOR QUICKSOME(TM)

The More Life Company Corp. has entered into a strategic letter of intent (LOI) with an established U.S. 503A compounding pharmacy to advance the development, compounding and commercialization of Quicksome-enabled prescription compounded pharmaceutical products in the United States.

The contemplated relationship is designed to establish dedicated U.S. compounding capability for Quicksome, combining More Life Company's proprietary formulation and delivery technology with an experienced U.S. partner's compounding, formulation development, pharmacy, dispensing, national fulfillment and telemedicine capabilities.

Initial opportunities are being evaluated across hormone replacement, peptides and other active compounds, with the potential to support an expanding portfolio of Quicksome-enabled products across multiple therapeutic and wellness categories.

The parties to the LOI have mutually agreed not to publicly identify the U.S. partner at this stage as they focus on operational readiness, compounding implementation planning, initial business development and completion of definitive documentation.

Key terms:

  • Proposed relationship: The parties intend to evaluate the development, compounding and commercialization of mutually approved Quicksome-enabled prescription compounded pharmaceutical products in the United States.
  • Commercial framework: The proposed relationship would include a Quicksome technology licensing model and potential exclusivity within the defined U.S. prescription-compounding field, with the specific terms to be set out in definitive documentation.
  • Next steps: The parties will conduct due diligence, evaluate implementation requirements and work toward definitive documentation. Except for certain customary provisions, the LOI is non-binding.

Key proposed relationship highlights:

  • U.S. compounding capability: advancing a dedicated U.S. pathway for the development, compounding and commercialization of Quicksome-enabled prescription compounded pharmaceutical products;
  • Operational readiness: advancing the equipment, facility, environmental control and implementation work required to establish dedicated Quicksome compounding capability within the partner's existing U.S. pharmacy infrastructure;
  • Expanding product portfolio: initially evaluating hormone replacement, peptides and other active compounds where Quicksome may provide meaningful formulation, delivery, patient experience or commercial advantages;
  • National commercial reach: leveraging an established U.S. pharmacy platform with national dispensing and fulfilment capabilities and existing relationships across health care and telemedicine channels;
  • Business development: beginning selected discussions with prospective customers and commercial partners while operational readiness and definitive documentation advance.

Building on recent Quicksome testosterone results

The LOI follows More Life Company's recently announced results from a third party administered human pharmacokinetic study evaluating United States Pharmacopeia-grade (USP) testosterone formulated using the company's Quicksome sublingual delivery technology.

Management views the study as having provided an important new human validation point for the Quicksome platform and supports the company's continued work toward differentiated approaches to hormone delivery.

More Life Company believes the commercial opportunity extends across hormones, peptides and other active compounds, while More Life Company's broader Quicksome development work includes applications such as CoQ10 and other molecules where improved delivery, stability, dose efficiency or user experience may create commercial value.

"Our work with Quicksome has increasingly pointed us toward a much larger opportunity in compounded pharmaceuticals. Developing differentiated formulations is only part of that opportunity. We also need the compounding, pharmacy, dispensing and fulfilment infrastructure capable of bringing those products into the market," stated Dennis Hancock, president and chief executive officer of More Life Company.

"What excites us is that we are not building around a single molecule or therapeutic category. Testosterone provides an important recent human validation point, while the broader opportunity may extend across hormones, peptides and other active compounds where Quicksome may create meaningful differentiation.

"We are now bringing the technology, U.S. compounding infrastructure and commercial channels together, and we believe that creates a significant new business-development opportunity for The More Life Company."

Quicksome business development expanding

With this U.S. commercialization pathway advancing, More Life Company is expanding discussions with telemedicine platforms, health care organizations, pharmaceutical developers and other commercial partners interested in evaluating Quicksome-enabled applications.

More Life Company and its prospective U.S. partner plan to concurrently advance definitive documentation, operational readiness, detailed equipment and facility requirements, initial product prioritization, and selected commercial discussions.
