The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation relating to an option agreement dated Aug. 23, 2024, between Miata Metals Suriname N.V., a wholly owned subsidiary of Miata Metals Corp. (the optionee), and Selakriki Oksanisi Resources N.V., an arm's-length party (the optionor). Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, the optionee is in process to acquire a 100-per-cent ownership in Sela Creek gold project, located in Suriname, South America.

Pursuant to the agreement, the company intends to complete the 24-month anniversary payment and issue 354,457 shares at a deemed price of 59 cents. The remaining milestone payment at the 36-month anniversary date is subject to exchange acceptance.
