Mr. Andy Edelmeier reports
MOGUL MOUNTAIN VENTURES COMMENCES TRADING ON TSX VENTURE EXCHANGE UNDER SYMBOL "MOGL"
Mogul Mountain Ventures Corp.'s common shares will commence trading today on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol MOGL effective as of the opening of the market today.
The commencement of trading follows the completion of the company's previously announced qualifying transaction (QT) with Panorama Capital Corp. on Aug. 28, 2026, and concurrent common share financings that raised aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $7-million.
With the QT and concurrent financings complete, Mogul is well financed to advance exploration at its 100-per-cent-owned Rays-West Dome gold-silver project in Nevada, including its planned drilling and exploration programs.
Mogul chief executive officer Andy Edelmeier commented:
"Commencing trading on the TSX-V is an important milestone for Mogul and the beginning of an exciting new phase for the company. With approximately $7-million raised, a tight capital structure, a strong shareholder register, and an experienced Nevada-based geological and engineering team, we are well positioned to advance exploration at Rays-West Dome. Mogul has assembled a large, 100-per-cent-owned gold-silver project in one of Nevada's most prolific mining regions, with multiple priority targets supported by historic workings, surface mineralization, geochemistry and geophysics. We look forward to advancing these targets and commencing our planned drill programs. On behalf of the board and management, I would also like to thank our shareholders, advisers and partners for their support in reaching this important milestone."
About Mogul
Mountain Ventures Corp.
Mogul is a gold-silver exploration company focused on advancing high-potential precious metals assets in Nevada's prolific Walker Lane trend. Mogul's flagship asset, the 100-per-cent-owned, 5,000-plus-acre Rays-West Dome project, is located approximately 12 km north of the historic Tonopah mining district and consolidates multiple brownfield targets featuring historic mine workings, high-grade surface mineralization and district-scale structural features.
Rays-West Dome hosts two complementary mineral systems: a structurally controlled orogenic gold-silver system at the Rays target and an epithermal-style gold-silver system within Tertiary volcanic rocks at West Dome. Supported by extensive geophysical and geochemical data sets, visible gold at surface and multiple drill-ready targets, Mogul is well positioned for discovery.
